There was a Syracuse University Football game that weekend but I can't figure out who they were playing.

I thought maybe the fact that it was a Thursday and was not a holiday that maybe pointed to the further assumption that she was a runaway, but she also could have been kidnapped, so that, I guess doesnt amount to anything.

Still would like to know if anything was happening around the area that week or in the upcoming weekend.

Also maybe look for a similar crime in the area and if any suspects had any reason to be traveling where she might have been from (the pollen.)

Things that point to Cali being a runaway:

The decay in her one tooth was very bad, though it could be reasoned that she never had any dental care anyways. Schools usually would take care of this if the family could not so this is strange to me at her estimated age.

She was wearing some male clothing, though some women just do that anyways.

The pollen found in her pockets pointed to her being from elsewhere though again, maybe not even her clothing.

It was Thursday, a school day and no holiday, so if she were school age, she should have been in school.

There had been possible sightings of her hitchhiking.

I recieved a news article from 2002 that says the label on her jacket actually says Auto Sports Product, Inc. (without an "S")

Maybe that might help find it, I dunno.
