 YAKIMA, Wash. -- A drifter wanted in connection with the disappearance of two Florida women may have been sighted in Yakima in recent days and has a $25,000 reward on his head. Yakima police today said the suspect, 26-year-old Joseph Dean Roberts, was last seen driving a dark blue 2004 Toyota RAV4 sports utility vehicle that belonged one of the missing women. According to police, Roberts was alone behind the wheel of the vehicle when it was stopped by police July 11 in Wyoming. The owner had not been reported missing yet, and the officer let Roberts go with a warning. Following a recent report on "America’s Most Wanted," Roberts has been the subject of several possible sightings in Washington state and may have been in Yakima last weekend, according to police. Anyone with information should call the Yakima Police Department at 509-575-6212 or Crime Stoppers at 509-248-9980.
